1. Introduction

By accessing our website or engaging our independent film production services, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you disagree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services. We update this document occasionally to reflect our current creative processes.

2. Film Production Services

Lumen Frame Studios provides end-to-end independent film production. This includes script breakdown, pre-production planning, principal photography, and post-production editing.

  • All project timelines and shoot dates must be agreed upon in writing before production begins.
  • Any changes to the script or scope during production may result in schedule adjustments and additional costs.
  • We ensure a safe and professional environment on all our film sets.

3. Creative Rights and Ownership

Crafting an independent film is a collaborative effort, but clear ownership is vital. Until full and final payment is received, Lumen Frame Studios retains all rights to the raw footage, audio recordings, and final edited cuts.

Upon project completion and final payment, the specific distribution and ownership rights will be transferred exactly as detailed in your signed project contract. We reserve the right to use short clips or stills from the final film in our studio portfolio and showreels.

4. Editing and Revisions

We want the final cut to be striking and true to the vision. Standard production packages include a set number of post-production revisions. If you request further changes beyond the agreed limit, we will bill those hours at our standard studio editing rate. We require all revision notes to be consolidated and submitted clearly to keep the process efficient.
